Poor communication and service

The worse service I received. I send a parcel last week Saturday the 11th Sep through paxi and it was not collected the whole week because I didn't receive the sms of collection. I tried calling pep store but their line was ringing once and hanging up. I called paxi they also tried getting hold of them same thing happened ring once and hangs up. I went to the store yesterday to find oit what happened to my parcel. Only to find out the courier guy defected coz the seal broke it apparently it was too full thats why it was not collected if I didn't go to the store they didnt bother to call and let me know so I can sort out my parcel so it can get to where i am sending off. Thier communication is very poor and thier service is also bad.i told them they can't keep customers parcels with issues and not advise the customer. This cause panic coz as a customer you think my be the parcel was ****** in the store. If i didn't go back to the store my parcel was going to be lying on the floor till date. I'm very dissapointed and very unhappy about this.
