Poor bad service

I paid for a 3-5 days delivery and my package was delivered after 11 days. I could have taken a cheaper package but I chose the most expensive one because I wanted quick delivery pep paxi deceived me. I'm really not happy. I contacted them and all they said was sorry. No compensation nothing.
