Poor and disgusting service

Peps Reservoir hills is useless. I have went to the store on Saturday and was assisted by a gentleman in the shoe section. He informed me there didnt have stock of the shoe size I required. I requested he checked with his other branches and he has informed me he has called the Cornubia mall and confirm there have the item. On Sunday upon arriving at Cornubia I was assisted by a pleasant lady named Phindi which has informed me the gentleman **** and the prices are different as off Reservoir hills. I have called reservoir hills peps using my cell phone as the store in Cornubia however didnt have the other branch details. I spoke to Zanele requesting for the manager to call me and she informed the manager is on leave and will return on Tuesday and I need to call then. Its my airtime that is being used leaving sending me all the way to Cornubia for falsely advising me which I informed her hence left my details with her for the manager to call me urgently which was finally agreed. Today is Thursday.. still no call. It make you wonder if staff at pep Reservoir hills are really willing to assist there customers or just advice anything weather correct or not. Really upset
