Poor

Went to pep cell St George's mall like I do every 1 or 2 of the new month to go pay my Dstv,but when is say I'm paying my Dstv then the lady just tells me no ,went there again on Thursday the 1st of Feb and I ask again to pay my Dstv and I was told no again and the lady told me to try at Edgard, what I want to know is y do pep cell Ads show you that you may pay there but when you go there you just get a no, not even saying that they are offline nothing just a no
