Okay..arrived at Pep at 17:31 the doors were closed already and the workers inside done cleaning the floor, i had an emergency started woth the security explained my situation and he said he will ask the manager if thwy can assist me, stood there for swet 15 minutes and im busy begging for the ladies inside to help me hayi sana baya jaiver its soo unfortunate i couldn't get the names.after 20 munites the security came back saying the manager said they are closed the manager him or herself did not even bother to come and hear my story.was sooo disappointed bcz the parcel that i went to collect its supposed to be sent through the very same pep that cannot help me and if i do not get response mna i will write you realy take other people seriously.nise ***ubi nina
