Points

Im very disappointed in pepclub. Its been over a year didnt get any cash back on my pep clubcard and i always swipe my pepclub card when i buy at pep and they cant help me here with my points they always say i must call in. How can i find out about my pepclub card points? The app is only for the bank card not for points even the ussd
