Pls help me to get my daughter's winter clothes

Oky I don't wanna lie am not happy to what pep system or staff did to me be for I did my lay buy I went to the store to check the stock then this other lady said to my chommie I Nou u I will come to ur store to fetch u once I pack the new stock.for sure she did neh I went to the store on the 17 Feb I picked what ever I liked I went to the till to pay the cahier if am not mistaken she said I must pay75 for deposite then I was put 150 or 250 oky I left aftr last month March I didn't pay cause I nlknew am covered so Friday on 28 I went there frsting in the morning to pick up my laybuy guess wat wen I get the the system doesn't find me then I asked y they say they took out my lay Uy cause I didn't pay last month I said how cause the laybuy is activethe said because I didn't pay ka March Nd I lost the lslip they said I must go to police station to do the affidavit I don't understand how Nd I don't want the money I want the clothes Nd my laybuy due date it's on the 17 may so pls assist me it's not the first tym last year November they refused to do the laybuy to the shirt's I wanted to laybuy the said I must laybuy 6 items up ward I didn't get my shirts
