I am complaining on behalf of Mrs J Leeto as she is working at our office and at my home. She just went to the Brandwag store to buy a R50.00 token to put money on her PEP card. She went with her PEP card, the same as every Monday. Beanca Sephula sold her a FLASH token and not the token for the PEP Card. When she came back to the office I pointed out to her that she was sold the incorrect token. She just went to the store back to Beanca Sephula and Beance told her it wasn't her error and that she has the correct token. I just phoned the store and spoke to Beance and she is very adamant and refuses to admit that the fault is on her side. I asked to speak to the manager Lucy and she was very helpful and said Mrs J Leeto must go back (NOW FOR THE THIRD TIME!) she will sort out this problem. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
