Please help my friend

I am writing this on behalf of my friend Nomakhaya Khohliso who asked me to help her bring her issue her to the hellopeter platform. A few weeks became she went to to the department of labour to claim her uif since she was working as a EA last year,when she got there she was told that she needs to submit both the uif and salary schedule from where she used to work before and that is Pep store. She worked at a Pep store in Cape Town before she was EA and she never app**** for her uif after she left pep so now they need both the ui19 and salary schedule from pep. She is currently based in Matatiele in the Eastern Cape and obviously she can not go to the store physically in Cape town, she called the store in Cape Town which is under Cederberg region or something like that and their store code is 6643 and they transferred her to the head office , well that’s what they said and from there they said they will email her the documents she needs before end of business . They never emailed her the documents she has been calling for the past 3 days and they always promise to send the documents, today she tried calling the number but now they no longer pick up. All she needs is the salary schedule and ui19 form so that she can claim her uif. Thank you
