RECEIVED A NEW PIN YESTERDAY VIA SMS TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY, BUT COULD NOT AT SHOPRITE IT SHOWS MONEY IS REDEEMED. SINCE FRIDAY WE HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET THE MONEY NOW I HEAR WE MUST GO TO PEP AND DO A REFUND AND WAIT 7 DAYS. WHAT THE HELL
