Phoned not returned to me after two months

I bought a phone at pep,after a while of using it,it was faulty,the speaker was not working.I immediately took it back to the store,and they accepted the faulty phone and they said they were taking it to the warehouse house where it will be fixed and returned to me after two weeks maximum because the faulty on the phone is not something serious. <br> <br> I have been going to the store and i have been told to come next week and next week is next and so on.So today i went to PEP store again,spoke to the manager and the manager told me that she is going to call them(warehouse)so that i speak to them(warehouse),when she came out from phoning them she told me that they(warehouse)refused to speak to me,which I don't understand because I am the client and the owner of the phone <br> <br> Please can you assist me because I think the phone didn't even go to the warehouse and i have been made to run around and the phone had important information stored in it.
