phone ZTE Switch X1

After buying the ZTE phone at pep we first struggle putting a sim card in. I went home bought more than R100 worths of data and airtime and downloaded whatsapp and facebook and one game. Now this phone is refusing to turn on its like an Mtn black screen constantly filling up with Yellow... What now . All my effort. All my data and airtime and costs to go and buy it all in vain. I'm very disappointed in your product...I don't have a phone and now have to wait longer. Will the others do the same again? I dnt know if I can trust this ZTE again and will not even encourage others to buy it.
