Phone repairs

<p>I bought a cell phone at pep store kagiso Mall and three months later the phone broke and I took it in as it was still in warranty, 8weeks later I went back to the store to fetch it and they told me it was still in repairs. I was then told that I have to R500 which I refused because I didn't understand what for, they keep sending me from pillar to post, it's been now more than 9 months, now when I go back the manager told me to go to 8ta store as the phone is with them, when I get to the 8ta store they know nothing and they voiced out that they can't help as the phone was not bought from their store which I totally understand. The attitude of the manager at pep store kagiso mall is beyond and she's unprofessional. I need your help please.</p>
