Phone repair

Am very sad with u guys..on the 1 july I brought a phone at pep cell and on September the phone started to show me flames I went to store Nd return the phone for repair Nd they told me I shall wait for 3 weeks after 3 weeks I went there to check my phone they called the mtn Nd they say my phone it has already fix Nd they are waiting for a courier guy to deliver it and they will call me when it arrives ..it is two months now without my phone

What should I do please help why is it taking time for courier guy to deliver my phone plz help
