Phone not working

I bought a cell phone at pep on the 30 of July 2026 and in August the phone stopped charging so i took it to my nearest pep store to get it checked out and it was booked in after being examined by the pep sales lady ,the phone was brought back from repairs end of August and was said to be fixed and software updated and tested ,on the very day of return i tested the phone only to discover the problem not fixed ,i then went back to the store to notify them of this and they asked to text it on their side to see if it would charge but the phone did not charge instead it kept decreasing the battery ,the phone was booked in again and was returned today 14-09-2026 with the same problem but it is said to be fixed and texted by your repairs team .i am so angry and annoyed at the same time with the ups and downs and the lies that the phone is fixed when it NOT,I dont have time to be going to PEP for the same thing and i have ran out of patience therefor i want a FULL refund so that i can buy a phone that works and would not keep having to go to repairs .
