I bought a phone at pep on 31 may 2025 so I noticed when I get home on Monday because I was traveling,then I took to the store they said they will book it to pe repair and now they call me to come fetch it still have the same problem and they didn't bring back the charge and worse part it's broken so when I ask for refund they told me it's over 7 days so how can I use my phone without charge
