I bought a phone at pep in gallaria mall amanzimtoti on 28/04/22. Four days after I started having problems with the phone when I took it back to the store the store manager refused to take it back. She said my phone I sensitive and if she takes it back it will be a loss to the store. The problem is getting worse the phone types on it's own when I'm busy chatting with someone else it comes out of the chat on it's own and goes on Google or to any other app, as if there someone else is pressing it on the other side. Sometimes I have to wait for like 5 to 10 minutes for it to stop pressing it's self. The phone is itel quest it's was R 1299.
