Pexi parcel

I called them regarding my parcel which was missing that was done in their store the lady who answer the phone was rude did not want to listen she just put my call aside and carry on with what she was doing mind u I'm using my airtime very rude lady and my parcel was done there on the 17th of March till now I have not received my parcel
