Pexi must change their way of service coz pep always complains of network

The worst service ever from pep store , I waited almost an hour to be assisted due to network issue that they always have at pep store regarding courier and worse they don’t inform customers regarding network issue and u end up waiting for like 1 hours just for one parcel to be couriered ... Unhappy customer and it’s the second time
