Pexi lost my parcel they dont even bother to make a follow up

Well where do I begin pep pexi lost my parcel nd after 2months nd followups the pep manager store decides advise that they lost the parcel nd they will only refund R500. To my suprise how did they come to the decision of R500 did they even see the receipt.yet again the parcel is lost but I received an sms that it has been taken moved from the drop off.this is bad paying 99.99 for parcel to get u nd wait for 2months nd been told its lost thats disrecting at a higher grade.
