PEPS PAXI SERVICE DOESN'T DELIVER AS PROMISED

I recently sent 5 parcels with PEPs courier service called PAXI. It supposed to reach the destination within 5-7 working days.

The first parcel reached 1 day late The second parcel reached 2 days late. The other 3 parcels reached 1 week late.

These were orders sent to my customers for Eid, hence it needed to arrive on time.

When I logged my complain I was refunded with 2 vouchers - however when I redeem them, each voucher is for delivery within 1-3 working days.. I highly doubt it will reach so soon.

PAXI is an alternative to the post office which always seems to be on strike but they need to be more efficient.
