Pep's disgusting service

A couple of days ago at a local PEP store at Dobsonville mall, we went to go collect a paxi package. The service was really bad. Amu and Lindiwe did not help at all but were utterly rude. To make matters worse, the manager was right there and she (Thuli) reciprocated the same energy. We tried being cordial by greeting her but she did not respond and carried on being as immature as her colleagues. I would expect her to lead by example and show her colleagues how to handle such matter but she did not have the leadership capabilities. I am disgusted and disappointed because this is a local store that should be trusted. We are customers and they are obligated to give good service. Thuli isn't an examplary leader at all, I am amazed that she was even given that position.
