pepped up bad customer service

So i go into the pep store at lenasia square, apart having to wait for 5 minutes for the cashier to cimplete their personal conversation, what comes next is a blow to custo.er service. So i needed a sim card for telkom internet, it is required that the sim card not be rica as it will not work when registering on telkoms network. I was firstly made as if i am stupid and accused of being a ******** becos i insisted the sim card cannot be rica i even showed the cashier the instructions on telkoms website. I then asked for the manager, who was worse, infact so illiterate, it is scary how she became a manager of the store. While speaking to her she laughs and walks away instructing the security to call the police as i was a "suspect" becos i wanted a sim card not to be rica. I later found out that on pep system this is not allowed. They should have told me this. The manager made me a laughing stock in her own language while i stood there shocked and intimidated. I am from a local radio station and will not let this incident go ao lightly.
