PEP/PAXI PARCEL COUNTER

PEP/ PAXI service is appalling in all their stores! Disgusting to say the least! There always a LONG queue in all these stores! Why are we all made to wait in the same long queue to pick up a package!! I’m not buying anything! Theres parcel counter sign!! Why is there then?!! This is utter nonsense!! The worst customer service! We are told there can only be one queue in the store, what nonsense is that! There are 4 till ladies!! One can stand at the parcel counter!!
