Pep/Paxi Losing/*****ing customers Parcels

Pep Jabulani Mall lost my parcel on 19 Feb 2026. Every week I do follow-up asking for my refund, the paxi team always says the store is not picking up the store phone to confirm they lost my parcel. The negligence of the store is frustrating and their unprofessionalism👎🏽
