I sent a parcel from Port St Johns to Port Elizabeth and I was not told that they do not take liquids and on the way it got split and when I went to complain the manager told me there is nothing she can do to help, I must call Paxi and even the number she gave me the consultant was rude and told me that the manager will get back to me
