Pep/Paxi Boulders branch

I used pep paxi on the 17th was supposed to be delivered in Brandfort Free State from Midrand, kept checking the status on the paxi website but on Tuesday afternoon it said missing. Didn't think much of it until i called them on Saturday. My package has been lost. No one knows where it is. Evelyn in the pep midrand store is the one who took the package for storing and the following day she is the same person that marked it as missing. I had selected 3-5 working days for delivery. My daughter called me crying saying she never received her xmas clothes and its all thanks to Pep and Paxi for the most ****tiest service. I have been waiting for Paxi to contact RAM and they said they will get back to me till today. Spoke to the manager at the midrand. She promised that she will get to the bottom of this. Well will give her up until the end of December which is the 31st. I will lay charges against Evelyn who marked it as missing. I still have the receipts so someone better find the package or they will pay!!!! Ur service sucks 100%.
