PEP/PAXI

I have dropped my parcel at PEP Eastgate via paxi on the 30th of October 2024 today is the 11th of november 2024 and the parcel has not yet dropped to the receiving store,when i do follow up with PAXI they said they do not know what is happening, they tried to call the store but no answer, i called the store my self still there was no answer please help me the parcel needs to be in limpopo this week.im frustrated 😢 i do not know what to do now
