Pepkor is rotten

Bought my sons pants at Pep Blue Route, they didnt fit but I lost the slip. They had all the tags on and everything I even had the date and time of the transaction. I even had the proof of purchase on my banking app. I went to PEP Grassy park where the exceptionally friendly manager said that I would need to go to Blue Route as the sale would be on the system. Didnt mind driving to blue route. At Blue Route spoke to some woman behind the counter who said firstly I wouldn't be able to get my money back, then it didn't matter what I knew or had if I didnt have the slip I couldn't get my money back and apparently the sales disappear after a while. I would have had to take something to the value. Never had I heard such **** before and the woman was so rude and short. The worst customer service I've ever encountered
