PEPHOME DE AAR for PaXi, bunch of *****s and horrible service

I received a notification that my parcel has arrived, I sent my colleague as usual to her surprise the parcel is open from corner to corner and the inside parcel is open as well .which She failed to disclose before she scans the ID. At this point I receive a call from my colleague that the parcel has been tampared with. It's literally open from corner to corner, this is no accident.

All I said is that do not take it, she left the shop and was chased down the street and forced to accept the parcel claiming they aren't responsible . surely they understand that it is unacceptable that the parcel should be in that state under their care.She said she reported the matter to paxi, but she didn't have the particulars which at this point I see it as a lie. Her name is Lindokuhle

They have tampared with the parcel, I haven't checked as I am disgusted with the whole ordeal. The manager was equally useless, clueless and couldn't offer any resolved as to how the item is in that state. They are definitely lacking in customer service, they are *****s and have absolutely no shame.

Pep home de aar staff and management clearly needs training on customer service and ethics.
