PepHome Bronkhorstspruit stole my Paxi Parcel

PepHome workers are *****ing our paxi Parcels.

I sent my paxi on the 3rd of August 2022 at PepHome Bronkhorstspruit . I paid R130 for big bag, inside there were new Clothes worth R3000. I still have all slips. This monday when i check paxi tracking it says my parcel investigations underway with dated 04 August 2022. I call Paxi head office, they said my paxi is lost instore , they cant do anything about it but they will compansate me with R500. Imagine in this world were things are expensive they are telling me about R500 for a new clothes worth R3000? Is this how they now work. I asked about CCTV they are telling me stories. I was sending clothes home for my siblings, where do i start when telling them what happened? They are expecting new clothes and now this? Iwant my parcel back please its been a while now. I want my parcel back or they pay me My R3000 plus R130 i used to buy their bag. Plus R36 taxi fare please.
