PepCell untrained rude & ******** staff.

I recently wrote to Pep concerning their very bad service at Pepcell Oribi Plaza SC. I wrote to complain about the staff at the above store. They are rude, know nothing and don't give a damn about customers. I recently had my cell phone ****** and went to buy an unricad sim to sim swap from Cell C to my new phone.

They said they don't sell them (Sim cards) and I must drive to Durban to a cell C shop to buy one. What kind of staff are you employing at this store? It's ludicrous. Never come across such blatant stupidity in my life.

I know Pep well and in fact sold 50 stores to them in 1990. Never would Mr Wiese condone such stupidity, ignorance and rudeness if he knew you had staff such as this.

I would like to know what you are going to do about it?

Since this letter they called me and I explained. They promised to do something about it. Instead they sent me an e-mail saying they had closed the complaint ticket, and that was that! Incredible. They couldn't give a damn.
