Pepcell the workshop rude staff

I was at Pep cell at the workshop shopping centre this morning . The trading times displayed on the window stated clearly that the store opens at 9h00 however the store only opened 9h07 with no apology nor explanation as to why we were kept waiting outside. A guy (Lindani) opened the door, left the sanitizer and walked away, mind him the sanitizer bottle was empty. We got into the store the cashiers were not ready for trade, we had to wait while they counted their till float with no sense of urgency. After waiting inside an unfriendly Thandeka served me, did not greet me, went on to saying she will not have change mind you I was paying by card but she wouldn't have known because she was serving with no interest. On the other side her colleague Pretty kept sighing and making remarks. The staff of Pep cell the workshop are arrogant and are absolutely not client centric.
