Pepcell Soshanguve crossing 4749

I want to complain about the sickening attitude of the staff at 4749 Pepcell Soshanguve Crossing. I have expirienced a short tempered service from cashiers named Seipei and Michelle. Instead of them helping you with a query, they would rather tell not to visit theirstore anymore. They are rude and behave as though they own the store. As a community member, I would have never went as far as complaing online. But as i was speaking to a fellow customer who had experienced bad service from both these cashiers. And a complaint was issued to their store manager, who seems not to care about the customers not being well taken care of with a good service. I thought it better to come on this platform. And maybe someone who has the power to remind them that they are there to serve the community and not their own interests. We really need better service from that particular store. The cashier could really offer a less rude, more welcoming service. Instead of customers being made to feel like, we are a nuisance for wanting to go buy there. 4749 Pepcell Michelle and Seipei, need to do better. Or hire people who actually like working with people
