PepCell Centurion Mall worst Service

On tuesday 02/12/2020 i went to pep cell centurion to get a cheap cellphone R1000 ...now this phone i bought the lady by the Name of Cynthia Pepcell centurion mall,this lady is so so unfriendly and shallow...i am so frustrated right now with regards to their service, the moment she took my Nokia C1 out of the box she tried to switch it on and couldnt switch on she took it to the back and spent sometime with it ..brought it back with 59% battery ..and gave it to and i asked her whether or if this phone will read any other sim on sim 2 with sim 1 having MTN as a primary sim and she said yes it will work..yet i get home i put my 4g rain sim on sim 2 the unit starts saying emergency calls on both sim cards , i try connecting it to my wifi, it doesnt connect, it only saves my wifi name.i get so frustrated..then 2 days later i take it back and explain the situation of this phone ..she tells me i cant get a refund or get an exchange yet the unit is giving me a problem and tells me i was supposed to tell them that my sim is 4g and says rain is only made for routers ..how shallow ... i am so frustrated i cant use this phone and while assisting me her attention is elsewhere ..she just doesnt care about customers...pep cell centurion ..no more..none of their staff is friendly...
