I bought a faulty phone at Pepcell Rustenburg I went to the store the next day to report as the phone was malfunctioning.Nothing was done now they took my phone they refuse to exchange phone or to refund me as provisioned in the customer protection act.Thier service is very poor and they're very arrogant from branch level to head office.
