Pepcell

Today i went to Pep cell in Tembisa Tembi Mall to collect my Paxi parcel. i was told that i cannot because i have passport not id. I told Hleketa that i was assisted at Pretoria with a passport, and another branch, i then went to pep at the same complex to ask the process and they told me you can assisted with the passport or your ID number.
