Pep Wonderboom Junction

I was at Pep Wonderboom Junction at 17h35 today to fetch my parcel. I was assisted by a lady who told me that the phone is saying the parcel is not there whereas the message was sent on the 28/11/2019 saying the parcel has been delivered there. She told me that she can not assist I must wait until it gets there, I asked her to ask someone else because I'm not sure what the next sms should say now. She then referred me to some lady Moira who I believe to be a supervisor there, she then refuse to assist telling me I should come back tomorrow because they have to call PAXI and according to her they work 8 to 4. I asked for their number and called them myself and I got hold of them they then asked to speak to the person that is assisting me. I dont know what happened but I waited there for 20 mins and she came back saying the consultant on the phone dropped the call.

I do not understand what kind of customer service they are giving to customers if they are lying telling customers that the call center closes at 4 whereas it closes at 6. Clearly they have poor customer service. And I told her I am leaving for Cape Town and will not be able to go there again she had the nerve to say yes I can fetch it next year..

I am very upset.
