Pep won't sell me item on rack

Tried to but a 2piece boys top and pants. Cashier gives me attitude that they aren't the same size. Tells me she can't sell it to me and there's nobody on the floor. This is the second time this has happened to me. Manager spoke to me terribly but I held my ground. Now I'm waiting for over half an hour for a matching set
