Pep Witfield worst customer service!!!

Pep Witfield is the worst ever!!! Bunch of lazy workers there. 7 customers in shop. One tiller. Many workers walking around on floor. Had a parcel i wanted to send through PAXI. I bought a item from a supplier that is faulty and they sent me a email back saying i can use any courier of my own choice or send it back via a post office. So i decided to use PaXI at pep stores WITFIELD. Woman behind counter tells me no i must go to a post office. I keep saying i can use a courier. In plain words, she didn't want to help me. Plain lazy. Worst customer service ever!! Pep just lost a customer.
