PEP will decide if i can see footage

My cellphone was ****** in PEP Sinoville on Monday 26/10/2015.<br> On Tuesday 27/10/2015 I went back to see the footage but the manager was not available so I was told by the 2nd in charge to come back on Wednesday 28/10/2015. Went back on Wednesday 28/10/2015 to see the manager. Was told by the manager after she spoke to the area manager that PEP head office will decide if I can see the footage and that I also maybe need to pay to see the footage...really ????<br> I went around the in the shopping centre and was told by several shops in the centre that I'm not the first victim who's cellphone was ****** in PEP in the last month.
