PEP where you greeted with yelling by staff members

I was at your PEP 6396 Tshwane (Suncardia) store yesterday and was absolutely appalled at the way some staff members treat your customers.

Whilst waiting in the queue to be served by a cashier I witnessed a cashier yelling at a customer to sanitize their hands at the top of her voice when the customer asked why he wasn't at least greeted she said he must first greet the sanitizing stand before anything else and continued to have a verbal altercation with him while the entire store filled with customers listened, I could not even identify her because none of them had name tags on but she was next to her colleague Archie( saw his name on the tillslip).

I'm interested in knowing why the store: ●has no compliance officer on the floor ensuring that Covid-19 regulations are adhered to in your store ●why your cashier found it appropriate to yell at a customer (even though he was at fault for not sanitizing)

If there was someone making sure that everyone entering your store adheres to all set government regulations then yesterday's horrifying and awkward incident wouldn't have taken place, please do better.
