Pep Waterval Boven: Unfriendly staff

I went to collect a Paxi parcel at Pep Emgwenya. The casher turned the pay machine towards me, I told her I'm not paying, I'm collecting. While I was waiting for my parcel from her another man asked her a question and while he's talking she asked me to read my Paxi code. I told her I can't talk while someone else is talking. I had atleast 3 experiences like this at this PEP. The staff are unfriendly and try to make you look and feel stupid. Friendlier staff would be a great improvement.
