Pep vs foneyam bad service

Hi, so I took out a contract with foneyam at pep liberty Midlands mall. As per my previous review , the phone stopped working and there is insurance paid on it, I was advised to take the phone back to the same store. Now there was a email stating I need to pay 2100 for repairs for a phone that costs 1800. Or I must pay courier fees of 380 to get the phone returned as is . Foneyam called me and advised that they do not charge fees and it's the store itself ...I was never advised about courier fees from the beginning....all I want is for the phone to be returned I will get it fixed and continue my last payments . But I refuse to pay courier fees that I was never advised about. I been a loyal customer and to be treated this way is really upsetting.
