PEP Villiers , Free State

I would like to raise my opinion about how staff is handling the Lay-Buys and people who wants to shop , I was at PEP Villiers and there was literally no one inside to shop but I had to stand in a que with the Lay-Buys..therefor PEP lost my money , why not make 2 que's where one person for Lay-Buy goes in and 1 person to shop? Now the whole shop is empty for the rest of the day because of Lay-Buys.
