Pep Vaal Mall Bad Service

Bought a router at Pep Cell Vaal Mall on 30 November 2024. When you put the router on charge the battery gets very hot and only charges to half full. Does not stay on for long. I went back to Pep Cell Vaal Mall today (7 December 2024) and the Manager (Maneo) told me I cant get a refund and they have to send it in for repairs. I told her that I bought a new router and do not want that one. Very bad service received from her. I will be calling the customer service line for assistance.
