PEP underpays

As a general assistant doing the work as the rest of the team if not more just to earn 31.59/hour for the few hours you're booked for. On top of the 31.59 there might be possible deductions if you make a mistake on your tell which will obviously occur since it's a fast paced environment and working under pressure. I feel like this company is a big company to be under paying it's workers and exploiting the youth of South Africa due to the rate of unemployment. PEP/Cell is under paying general assistant workers also know as P27. There's been similar complaints on tick-tock by previous workers and it's not long until twitter gets to hear about the complaints of poor young people who have been exploited by PEP in the name of employment a.k.a P27.
