Pep tygervalley mall

Why would you have a time on the internet from 9am to 8 pm but I was just there at pep and it was closed ? And it's at tygervalley mall, Waste my time while I'm sick to go to pep but to find it closed and it was at 18:30 so if you guys don't close at 20:00 and you close at 17:00 please then rather change it on the internet.
