Pep ****ty service

I am so appulled and disgusted by the level of incompetence that Pep The Glen staff has. I went in on the 27th of November 2019 to purchase a dstv explorer decoder as I had seen a special for R1699.00 including free installation. I got to the store and was assisted by Slindile. Who had no clue what I was talking about firstly, to an extent that she had to be assisted by one of her colleagues. She then gave me a decoder and she said it's R999. 00 including installation, I asked her more than 5 times if she was sure about the price and that it comes with free installation. She assured me, mind you she had an attitude which I still stomached because retail staff are know for they sloppy service as well as their stinking attitude. So moving along, they gave me the guys contact details that will come and install and only to my surprise when they get to my place they telling me that that package does not include installation. Now who the hell is supposed to drive all the way to the Glen Pep to firstly fix the mess that your *********** rude staff have.

I'm extremely unhappy as I had to take off work to go home to get the decoder installed only to be messed around by people that are not trained.
