PEP TSOMO

I sent money through the PEP Money transfer at PEP Cell East Rand Mall. The service there was 100% however the PEP Tsomo where the funds were attempted to be withdrawn issue. The lady i sent money went to PEP Tsomo and she handed her phone to the cashier and i guess due to Covid regulations she didn't allow to handle the clients phone which i fully understand. Then the lady wrote the cash send reference number and pin on a piece of paper and hand it over to the cashier. she was told the money is being withdrawn. I believe that someone in that PEP Tsomo is involved in syndicate to supply these numbers to someone else to withdraw the funds. I called the PEP call center I was told that the funds were withdrawn in an Absa ATM in Butterworth which is about an hour away from Tsomo. I AM SO UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS AND I SUSPECT A STAFF IN PEP HAS A HAND IN THIS. Please PEP Stores give me a directive about this and call me on ***.
